I need a little help as a sleeper. I have a long history of insomnia so a have pill box of over the counter to help me get to sleep and go back to sleep when I wake in the night and need to go back to sleep. If do not go back to sleep that defeset(?) accumulates until I hit a flash point when I blow up and I say and do things that I regret and that is never good. I know who I am when it come to sleep and I know who is the keeper of my zzz’s and I do a good job in that regard.
